Antonyan Miranda expands Practice with addition of Attorney April Ball

San Diego-based law firm Antonyan Miranda, LLP is proud announce that April Ball will join the firm to spearhead its new Trusts and Estates division as its Managing Attorney on June 17, 2019.

Ball is a seasoned trust and estates litigator and a tax attorney.  She received a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law and is a graduate of California Western School of Law.  Most recently, Ball worked for the Wells Fargo Private Bank in San Francisco managing taxable estates in trust administrations throughout California, and supervising teams of real estate, personal property, tax, special needs and litigation professionals.

Previously, Ball was employed by Big Four accounting firm KPMG, where she rendered tax opinions, handled litigation, and apportioned state taxes on behalf of professional athletes. For many years she was a Senior Attorney Editor for Thomson Reuters Westlaw, where she drafted transactional documents and attorney practice guides for LLCs, corporations, partnerships, secured transactions, and probate law for both California and New York, where she is licensed.
