“You can always make suggestions to the trustee on how you think it should be administered in terms of investment strategies, and if they are doing harm to the trust and not making it profitable then you can petition the court to have them removed. But if you just disagree with their investment strategies or the type of ways in which they administer the trust, the court is most likely not going to remove them unfortunately.”
