James Wellman, CFLS is a Client Concierge Attorney, Case Manager at Antonyan Miranda, a litigation trial attorney, and a Certified Family Law Specialist.  Mr. Wellman, who has nearly four decades of family law experience practicing throughout the Southern California courts, is primarily motivated by his core values of empathy and compassion for his clients.

In addition to his trial court litigation accomplishments, Mr. Wellman has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and is also credited with a published appellate decision. Prior to joining Antonyan Miranda, Mr. Wellman served as the managing attorney of a family law firm based in Orange County.

Mr. Wellman graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He then attended Loyola Law School of Los Angeles and received his Juris Doctorate. After only a handful of years of practice as an attorney, Mr. Wellman was issued certification in Trial Advocacy Skills by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
