Justin R. Prybutok is a Partner at Antonyan Miranda, a litigation trial attorney, and a Certified Family Law Specialist.

Prior to joining Antonyan Miranda, Mr. Prybutok began his family law career working in complex and high-asset litigation for a San Diego-based firm. Mr. Prybutok has represented a diversity of clients in all matters, including contested child custody, domestic violence restraining orders, asset division, and jurisdictional disputes.

Mr. Prybutok received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2015 and was awarded the Faculty Honor Scholarship in each year of law school. Mr. Prybutok additionally served as the President of the Health Law Society, helping to organize an initiative to bring a health law concentration to the University of San Diego. During his Summer Breaks from law school, Mr. Prybutok served as a law clerk for Nationwide Insurance’s Trial Division, and also an intern for the Hon. Joel M. Pressman (Ret.).

Concurrent with his duties at Antonyan Miranda, Mr. Prybutok presently serves on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Family Law Bar Association.
